The Members of First Choice
Due to its diverse make-up of
individuals, First Choice Realty Investors has become a leader in the real estate industry
by offering consumers affordable one-stop shopping for all of
their home buying and selling needs . We
are comprised of numerous investors including realtors,
contractors, appraisers, mortgage brokers and many more
individuals who play a vital and active part in serving the
Central Indiana community.
The Founder of the company
Evell Brown, is the Owner of First Choice Realty. By
profession has been in Architectural Engineering for over 15 years,
and has been involved
in buying and selling real estate since 1993. When looking for
his own first home, trained, studied, took classes,
programs, and hours of research on home buying. After reviewing
his options he decided to purchase a pre-built home. But
after talking to
so many sellers, he found many people who wanted, needed, or
had to sell their homes for one reason or another. After
buying his own home, he went back to the people that needed
help in selling their homes, and became involved in the buying and selling
of their houses and other properties that he had come across during
his own home
search, and so began his investing in Real Estate.

Site
This site was created due to the demand for more information
from people wanting or needing to sell their homes without a
realtor. Because many people don't have a lot of equity in
their home by not owning it long or because they have taken
out a loan on the property, they don't have enough money to
pay the 7 percent realtor fee. That's $7000 dollars for a home
that sells for $100,000 many don't have enough equity in the
house to sell with a realtor. The home may also need repairs
that are too costly to have done before moving to another
home. Also, many people wanting a home many times have trouble
qualifying for conventional mortgages.

First Choice Realty was founded in 1993 as Choice Realty, a
single one person operation. In March 2001, Choice
Realty was acquired by First
Choice Financial and Associates Inc. The name was changed to First Choice
Realty and has grown into a profitable industry leader.
